You will leave this amazing retreat experience with a new sense of your life’s purpose, amazing new like minded friends and a suitcase full of new techniques and practices to help support you on your return back to daily life.

  • Morning Meditation and Gentle body movement practices (yoga and or somatic movement)

  • Fire Circle or Yoga Nidra or Guided Meditation.

Your host and meditation guide: Yoga Nidra, Morning meditations, Non Linear Movement, journaling practices.

Kate Stoten:
Yoga instructor and Reiki facilitator: Mini Reiki Sessions for each guest, Calling in the Wild Woman through Rituals Workshop, Yin Yoga. 

Nancy Koene:
Soundbath and Breathwork facilitator: Evening breathwork workshop and sound bath. 

Bec Andrews:
Artist: 2 hour art class with Bec. No experience needed, all materials supplied.

Group Meditation with Sandi (online)

Join Sandi White, as she gently guides you through meditation, breathing and sometimes gentle body movement practices. Share community with other like minded guests. Sandi will assign journalling prompts, questions and topics for contemplation at the end of each session for those who wish to participate and deepen their practice. Suitable for beginners and also those who wish to deepen their practice or just join community. All welcome.
